Getting Your Tickets Is Easy! You can order tickets for Palace Theater concerts several ways. You can call the Theater Ticket Office 865-983-3330. Call Monday through Friday from 10AM to 2:00PM and talk to a real person. After 2:00PM you can leave a message and we will return the call by the next business day. These tickets will not be mailed and they will be held at the Ticket Booth the night of the concert. You can stop by Roy's Record Shop across from the Palace to purchase your tickets. You can call Steve Kaufman Enterprises, Inc 865-982-3808 and leave a message and we will return your call by the next business day. You can order tickets with the On Line Ticket Form and fax it to us at 865-982-3808 See you at the Palace - Enjoy The Show! Box office opens at 6:30 PM. Concerts begin at 8:00PM unless otherwise noted. |
